Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every item in this shop is handmade, custom-altered, or created as a one-of-one piece. Because of the unique and personal nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason aside from an error on our part.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing issues

  • Color variations due to lighting or screens

  • Handmade differences or natural imperfections

  • Wear and tear after delivery

Each piece is individually crafted, so small variations are part of the design and identity of 3RDWRLD items.


2. Order Errors (Our Fault Only)

If you receive the wrong item or a missing item due to a packing mistake, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of what you received

We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


3. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, email us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The damage

If the damage is confirmed to be manufacturing or packaging related, we will resolve the issue case-by-case.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Stolen packages must be claimed through the carrier or local authorities.


5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Any chargebacks filed outside the boundaries of this policy will be disputed with full evidence of delivery, communication, and policy visibility.
