Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting 3RDWRLD. Every piece is made with intention, by hand, and often created one at a time. Because of this, shipping and processing work a little differently than mass-produced brands.


1. Processing Time

All items are handmade or custom-altered.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Processing time is separate from carrier shipping time.

During drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, handling time may extend.


2. Shipping Time (After Processing)

Estimated delivery once shipped:

  • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)

All timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Information

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order ships.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.

3RDWRLD is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

If an issue occurs, a claim must be filed with the carrier. We will assist with documentation if needed.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the wrong address is entered and the package ships, we cannot refund, replace, or reroute the order.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
3RDWRLD does not reimburse or control these charges.

Orders refused due to customs fees are not eligible for refunds.


7. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

If the damage is confirmed to be from our packaging process, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

8. Preorders, One-of-Ones, and Limited Drops

Certain drops may include longer production or handling times.
If so, the timeframe will be clearly listed on the product page.

By purchasing, you agree to any extended wait times stated.


9. Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” 3RDWRLD considers the order fulfilled.
We cannot replace orders stolen after delivery.

To avoid issues, consider shipping to a secure address.
